Meditation can help improve focus and concentration, memory and sleep.  It stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, slowing heart rate and breathing, so calmness and clarity can come to the surface.

This meditation course aims to teach you skills to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your heart-space so you can get back to being you.

Gillian helps people navigate, transition, and progress through life change. Her variety of skills and experience in kinesiology, meditation teaching, art therapy, projects, and information management enable her to effectively organise the practical aspects of change as well as compassionately guide and support someone through the emotions and stress that come with any life change.

The facilitated course includes 2 live webinars - one at Week 3 and another at Week 6.  This is where we can chat about your progress, answer any questions you have, plus take you through a live-guided meditation.  Guided meditations are tailored to the group and what they need.  It's like having a meditation mentor to help you get started!
