This 6-week meditation course focuses on helping you get out of your head and back to your heart space. Slow down and learn how to develop your self-awareness through meditation.
In today's busy world we are constantly reacting to whatever is happening around us. We live in our heads: sorting, planning, analysing and navigating work, conversations, relationships and family.
Within this busy space there's a dream of being able to reconnect with yourself and move forward in a direction you choose - rather than simply react to the chaos around you.
Meditation can help improve focus and concentration, memory and sleep. It stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, slowing heart rate and breathing, so calmness and clarity can come to the surface.
This meditation course aims to teach you skills to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your heart-space so you can get back to being you.
