When grief can flow, there's room to grow

Whether change has come from a sudden event or a slowly evolving shift, there's still a way of life that comes to an end.  

Your relationship with a person, an animal, a personal identity, a job, a home, or a community has changed and from this point onwards life will be different.

There are parts of you and your life to grieve and to let go of and it's a process that takes its own time.  This time is something to be respected and enabled because giving yourself the space to grieve now helps with the moving forward when you're ready for that.

This course aims to provide you with an introduction to grief and the process of letting go and their relationship to change so you can gain awareness of how grief may be showing up in your situation and therefore what you can do about it.

Gain a basic understanding of grief and practical tools you can apply straight away to help ease the experience of letting go, as well as suggestions for other ways to support yourself.

Gillian helps people navigate, transition, and progress through life change. Her variety of skills and experience in kinesiology, meditation teaching, art therapy, projects, and information management enable her to effectively organise the practical aspects of change as well as compassionately guide and support someone through the emotions and stress that come with any life change.

Gillian brings these skills into her courses and workshops to help you reflect, learn and take action so you can discover, lean into and move towards the direction you want to take.
