Stress and Shock
Change can be a shocking and stressful experience. Learn to support yourself as you come to terms with change in your life.
Change can be a slowly evolving event which you only become aware of because life seems more stressful and the pieces of your life don't fit together as neatly as they used to - so perhaps something needs to change!
Or maybe your life has been turned upside down and the change you're experiencing is sudden and unexpected. This is when shock can come into the equation as you try to grasp what's just happened and what it means for you in the short term and into the future.
This course aims to provide you with an introduction to stress and its relationship to change so you can gain awareness of how stress may be showing up in your situation and therefore what you can do about it.
Gain a basic understanding of stress and practical tools you can apply straight away to help ease shock and/or stress, as well as suggestions for other ways to support yourself.

Her variety of skills and experience in kinesiology, meditation teaching, art therapy, projects, and information management enable her to effectively organise the practical aspects of change as well as compassionately guide and support someone through the emotions and stress that come with any life change.
