This course aims to provide you with an introduction to mental clarity and its relationship to change so you can gain awareness of how mental clutter or brain fog may be showing up in your situation and therefore what you can do about it.

Gain a basic understanding of mental clarity and practical tools you can apply straight away to help ease the experience of mental fog and chaos, as well as suggestions for other ways to support yourself.

Your Course Instructor

Kinesiologist, Meditation Teacher Gillian Drew

Gillian helps people navigate, transition, and progress through life change. Her variety of skills and experience in kinesiology, meditation teaching, art therapy, projects, and information management enable her to effectively organise the practical aspects of change as well as compassionately guide and support someone through the emotions and stress that come with any life change.

Gillian brings these skills into her courses and workshops to help you reflect, learn and take action so you can discover, lean into and move towards the direction you want to take.
