Whether change has come from a sudden event or a slowly evolving shift, there can be a lot going on!
Stressful situations and long-term coping build up tension in the mind, body and emotions which can wear you down overtime if there isn't a circuit-breaker added to the mix that gives you the time out you need to unwind, destress, and relax.
This course aims to give you an introduction to relaxation and its relationship to change so you can gain awareness of how physical, emotional and spiritual tension may be showing up in your situation and therefore what you can do about it.
Gain a basic understanding of relaxation and practical tools you can apply straight away to help ease your experience of stress and tension, as well as suggestions for other ways to support yourself.
